The American Legal Defense Fund is a 501(c)(6) non-profit national organization that protects and promotes the civil rights of Americans, particularly those in technology driven fields such as finance, healthcare, digital currency, energy, and artificial intelligence against abuse by U.S. federal and state government prosecutors. The AMLDF assists in litigation defense, education and advocacy on behalf of Americans to secure justice and protect civil rights.

History

In 2021, a small group of New York area entrepreneurs and lawyers came together to create a new organization focused on the legal needs of American entrepreneurs pioneering new approaches in technology driven fields being unfairly attacked by U.S. federal and state government prosecutors, typically for political reasons. As a result, the American Legal Defense Fund was established as a 501(c)(6) non-profit national organization to fight against prosecutorial abuse, secure justice and protect civil rights of Americans.

A judge being convicted of perjury can result in serious consequences, including probation and fines.

What if a judge is biased?

You should contact your attorney immediately to bring the matter back to court for a motion to set aside the order or appeal the rulingdepending on the state’s rules of civil procedure.
